An idle brain is the devil’s workshop.

As you have a lot of time in your hand use it properly. Don’t start overthinking things you didn’t even think a second about. Keep yourself busy so that your brain doesn’t ponder. Utilize this time for something fruitful. Something you will be proud of after these 21 days’ end. Try doing things which you couldn’t d because you didn’t have time to do so. Time is something that doesn’t come back. 21 days is the period in which you can build a habit. This is the time when time also permits. Help your mother in household work, clean your apartment. Start reading/writing/painting/sketching/dancing/cooking whatever your heart wants. A great time to reconnect with your old friends and family. Trying spending quality time with your parents. Start playing games which we played during our childhood. Old is gold. There are multiple ways of spending this time of yours.

If you start suffering from symptoms of coronavirus, don’t panic. Go see a doctor if you have doubts. Talk about it to your family or friends. There was this case reported about a man just getting the symptoms and then commits suicide, leaving a note for his family to go and test themselves. Few other suicide cases as well. Don’t do anything stupid, get yourself tested and find out, that’s the only option in hand. It is not a crime to have coronavirus unless you disobeyed the protocols given by the government and spread it to others knowing to have it. And there is no hard and fast rule of you dying as well if you have it. We have the best doctors for your treatment and you can get well soon. So don’t panic, follow the guidelines given by the government and you will be safe and secure.
