I don’t believe in myself anymore

So quick example,

A girl broke your heart and went away. You start to believe that all girls are the same. Your boyfriend cheated on you, so you believe all guys are the same. You failed in Maths exam, you start believing that you are not good at maths. Your friend didn’t call you from many days, you start believing that she doesn’t care about you as she did. Your first attempt at something was very bad, you start believing that you aren’t good at the thing.

So Dear Belief,

I don’t know how you come to me and stay in my mind forever. How you overpower all the other things going in my mind. How do you do it? Why don’t you let me be? Why you have to do this to me. Why you have spoiled all the good things that could happen to me. Why? Why are you so strong?

Let me tell you, something friend.

If a girl broke your heart and went away, it doesn’t mean every girl is the same. Absolutely NO. If a guy cheats on you, it doesn’t mean every guy is the same. Absolutely NO. You have to overpower the belief that your mind creates. Sometimes we go through something and if it is bad it sticks with us and we start believing that is the only thing what is gonna happen. But NO. It can be a one-time thing or a two or three but it can’t happen always.

If you can’t fix your mind, the eyes become useless.

If you failed an exam, it doesn’t mean you are bad at it. It means you didn’t work hard enough for it. Some people start thinking I am bad at it, I won’t ever secure good marks at it and they don’t work hard enough for it forever. Just because they failed the first time. Resulting they never secure good marks.

Because of the belief system that the mind has.

Your friend didn’t call you for many days. Maybe she is busy, maybe she is going through something, maybe she is waiting for you to call. It can be a lot of possibilities, you know.

So, put in facts correct before you start believing or you gonna miss out so many wonderful things which were going to happen to you.
