I read news everyday and EACH AND EVERY SINGLE DAY I READ ONE OR THE OTHER NEWS OF RAPE, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Cases come everyday and it doesn’t get all over the media like Manisha and Nirbhaya’s did. The point is Girls aren’t safe in India. They were never safe. Were they?

Be it a morning, afternoon or night, be it any time of the day girls get scared by men. They do. We fear whenever we are in deserted road or place, any guy there scares us. We fear travelling. Be it bus, metro or train. Any mode of transportation, we get stared by men like they are molesting through their eyes, we get pushed by men literally a number of times and if we speak about it they get the liberty of telling that it's crowded, we get touched by men and they explain themselves as it was unintentional. Why every girl fear to even take a uber? The only thing which goes on the mind of a girl is that when this fucking ride will get over and she reaches her home rather than a deserted place where her intestines will be taken out. Why to talk about what's happening outside the houses when even inside of houses girls gets assaulted and raped. And it's not confined to a particular caste/standard/region. It's happen everywhere from a poor girl to a rich girl, from kashmir to kanyakumari. EVERY NOOK AND CORNER OF INDIA.
Why us? Why? Why can't we just walk on the streets not caring about anything? Why can't we take a solo trip without second thoughts? Why can't we be scared of anything when we step out of our houses? Why do we need men with us to make us feel that we are safe? Why are people justifying rapes?

Why and when will each and every girl in India feel safe?

And there can no reason to justify RAPE.
